Joan is an Accounts Services Representative in our Birmingham office. Joan uses her extensive knowledge in healthcare and insurance to assist our clients. She is responsible for marketing reinsurance insurance as well as handling the day-to-day service of our client’s accounts.
Joan is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a major is Health Care Management. Prior to joining Alliance Insurance group in 2018, she as a Marketing Service Representative for BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama. She lives in Birmingham with her husband and their two sons.
